FRANK L. SBISA
Home building is not just a job for me, it’s been my way of life for over 35 years.
My experience in the construction industry started at the age of 15 working for a Kansas builder. I continued working in various apprentice trades such as ceramic tile, carpentry framing, carpentry trim, cabinet building, skid steer work, masonry, and general labor. I acquired my BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of MO, Rolla in 1985 and joined my father in his 35 year old family-owned construction business.
In 1991, I founded my own company, applying my engineering background, hands-on trade experiences, and details to quality instilled by my dad to develop the family custom building business, Sbisa Homes Inc.
As a lifetime resident of the Kansas City metropolitan area, I have resided in Lee's Summit for over 34 years. My wife Dawna helps as secretary and designer/decorator for the business. In 2020, my youngest son Blade joined the company to carry out the legacy that my father established over 50 years ago in Kansas City, MO. Dawna and I are thrilled to have him apart of the team.
